Oh yes, idiom indeed. Is code for behaving like a spaz, times twenty. It cannot be declared by you as a kiss me fart moment, it must be declared by someone else. Boli declared that my evening at The Last Bastion of Civilisation, the entire evening, to be a kiss me fart moment.
